Okay so I have been in yoga off and on... Now I am enrolled in a class for a few months though. I will be attending twice a week for an hour.. Then doing yoga on my own to help with health and fitness. I really think I will learn a lot of self discipline in this and patience. I can't wait!! (Pun) ha anyways, other than the classes, a yoga program is coming close to my town, hopefully I will be able to be certified soon. It would be great to teach it :)
