1. Savings- save resources, and Save money. Don't waste, and don't spend money.
2. Sacrifice- give up something you love... Something you do all the time, something you eat all the time. Give up snacks and other unhealthy foods.
3. Selflessness- do something "out of your way" for someone else. Do it willingly and record it.
4. Slack- don't slack. Do work and workout.
5. Security- don't judge yourself. Refrain from using a full length mirror, therefor you can't worry about what you look like on the outside.
With these 5 S's..
I plan to gain 5 awesome habits, and find more of "me" in the process.
